Kari Williams - Owner/Stylist
Services: Haircuts, Colors, Hair Extensions, Nails, and Facial Waxing
Kari has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetology industry. Her areas of expertise include short haircutting, multi-dimensional highlighting, and hair extensions. She has also provided styling services for local pageant contestants, including the former Miss Minnesota. Outside of her professional practice, Kari enjoys golfing and engaging in various activities with her adult children.
Gina Vinge - Owner/Stylist
Services: All hair services (Excluding Perms), Nails, Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lifts & Tints, Hair Extensions, and Facial Waxing
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Gina brings a deep passion and dedication to her craft. Five years ago, she proudly took over the salon from her mother, Deb, alongside her business partner, Kari, continuing a legacy of exceptional service and care. Gina offers a wide range of services and is committed to helping clients look and feel their best. Outside of her professional practice, Gina enjoys spending quality time with her family—supporting her sons at their sporting events, cooking, entertaining, and cherishing moments with her new grandbaby.
Deb Pellow - Independent Hair Stylist
Services: Haircuts, Shampoo Styles, Facial Waxing, Colors, and Perms
Deb is the former owner and although she retired from ownership, she continues to enjoy working behind the chair. With years of experience, Deb specializes in a wide range of services, with a primary focus on haircuts, perms, and color. She has many loyal clients and cherishes every one of them. Deb enjoys making her clients feel the best they can about themselves. When she is away from the chair, Deb likes to be with her family; watching her grandkids play baseball, football, and dance.

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kari is a seasoned professional known for her personalized approach and dedication to her craft. She takes the time to truly connect with each guest, helping them discover styles that suit their personality, lifestyle, and vision. Kari specializes in precision haircuts, color, and foil techniques, delivering results that are both modern and timeless. Passionate about her work, Kari finds joy in helping clients feel confident and refreshed. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, biking, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Anita Zimmerman - Stylist

With over 55 years of experience behind the chair, Anita is a highly skilled and trusted stylist who has cultivated lasting relationships with a devoted clientele throughout her career. She specializes in perms and is passionate about providing mature women with expert care, personalized attention, and exceptional service. Anita is known for her warm and compassionate approach, ensuring each client feels valued and confident. Outside of work, Anita enjoys camping, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.
Shayla Olson - Stylist

Shayla is a dedicated stylist with over three years of experience in the beauty industry. She specializes in haircuts, color services, special occasion updos, and eyelash extensions. Passionate about her craft, Shayla is committed to helping every client look and feel their absolute best. Outside the salon, Shayla enjoys swing dancing, attending live concerts, and spending time outdoors soaking up the sun.
Liz Reif - Independent Stylist

With over 42 years of experience in the beauty industry, Liz is a master stylist known for her expertise in haircuts and color services. She takes pride in building genuine connections with her clients, ensuring each visit is both personal and uplifting. Liz’s warm personality and love of laughter help create a welcoming, comfortable salon experience. Outside the salon, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and traveling to new destinations.
Cheryl Kersey - Independent Stylist

With over 50 years of experience in the beauty industry, Cheryl is a seasoned stylist and the former owner of Lavender Lane Salon. Her dedication to her craft and commitment to client satisfaction have earned her a loyal following, many of whom have been with her for decades. Cheryl specializes in color services and is known for her attentive listening, ensuring each client leaves with a look they love. Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending her time gardening and reading.
Debbie Mills - Independent Stylist

Debbie is a seasoned stylist with many years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in coloring, foils, perms, and precision haircuts. Debbie’s passion for her profession remains strong, and she values the opportunity to connect with her clients and hear their stories during each appointment. When she’s not working in the salon, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities such as biking, paddleboarding, and gardening.
Alisha Aimutis - Independent Stylist

Alisha brings nearly two decades of experience and artistry to her work as a stylist. With a strong passion for hair color, she specializes in techniques such as balayage and foiling, consistently delivering results that enhance her clients’ natural beauty. In 2019, Alisha was recognized as “Best Stylist/Colorist” in the New Brighton area—a reflection of her skill, dedication, and loyal clientele. Alisha values the lasting relationships she builds with each guest. When Alisha is out of the salon, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending concerts, camping, golfing, playing bean bags, and connecting with friends.
Leslie Drewianka - Independent Stylist

Leslie is a seasoned stylist who brings both creativity and precision to her work. With a strong passion for continuing education, she stays current with the latest techniques and trends to offer clients the best possible experience. Leslie specializes in fine hair and razor cutting, combining her expertise with a keen eye for detail to achieve each client’s desired look. She values the opportunity to express her creativity behind the chair while delivering results that enhance her clients' confidence and style. Outside of the salon, Leslie enjoys exploring the city and has also developed a deep appreciation for the peace and charm of country life.
Angelica White - Stylist
Services: Haircuts (Excluding Clipper Cuts), Customized Lived-In Colors, Balayage, Hand-tied Hair Extensions, Brow Lamination, Facial and Body Waxing
Angelica is new to the area but brings years of experience to the salon industry. She has been working behind the chair since 2020. Specializing in lived-in colors, blonding, and extension services, she also stays current with the latest hair trends. In addition, Angelica offers facial and body waxing services. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with each guest, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience. Kathy Smith - Front Desk Coordinator
Though Kathy has been part of our salon team for six months, she brings over 20 years of experience as a loyal client, giving her a unique perspective on our services and client needs. As the friendly voice behind the phone, Kathy plays an essential role in ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming experience for every guest. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys fishing, golfing, gardening, playing cards, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.
Sandy Rand - Front Desk Support
Sandy has been a valued member of our front desk team for over 3 years, working a few days a week to provide friendly and efficient support to our clients. She enjoys connecting with guests both over the phone and in person, ensuring each visit to the salon feels welcoming and personalized. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys reading, spending time at her cabin, walking, having lunch with friends, and quality time with her family.
Lucia Braith - Front Desk Support
Lucia has been a valued member of our front desk team for over a year, primarily assisting during evening hours to support the smooth operation of the salon. She takes pride in providing friendly and attentive service to both clients and staff. Outside of work, Lucia enjoys spending time with friends, taking walks on sunny days, and playing with her cats.
